A Fiscal Focus Review can be delivered to your business on an annual or quarterly basis, either electronically or in high level face-to-face senior executive sessions with an action planning focus.
Beginning the journey is easy:
- Select the "Apply for a Fiscal Focus Review" from the "Our Products" menu
- Follow the instructions from that point
- Your internal accountant will receive and email detailing the information we require
- Your internal accountant will complete the data checklist and return it to you for review and upload to your secure area of our website
- Within 10 working days of receipt of the data checklist, we will complete the analysis, report and "Should We / Can We" modeling sheet and you will be notified that these are ready for review at your secure area of our website
- Your Fiscal Focus Certified Consultant will present the findings of your Fiscal Focus Review via a combination of telephone and webinar at a mutually agreed time. This session will encompass a discussion of the strengths and weakneses of your business, the areas that need to be addressed, the most effective changes that will improve the weaknesses and the potential improvement if the changes are made.
The cost for a Fiscal Focus Review is $3,000 USD.
Should you wish to establish an ongoing relationship whereby we review your business and present the findings on a rolling 12 month quarterly basis we can provide that service. Your consultants can provide you with details on how this works when they have presented the initial Fiscal Focus Review.
