Nick Setchell
CEO & President
Nick Setchell is CEO of the Practice Strategies Group, an international business improvement consulting firm that defined and developed “Fiscal Focus®”.
Nick has analysed more than 1,000 businesses and worked with hundreds of CEOs and executives to help them better understand their operations and to make better business decisions.
Nick has presented over 400 workshops to CEOs and executives in the USA, Australia, UK, Canada and New Zealand. He also has run numerous coaching workshops for commercial bankers in Australia and the US.
Nick’s career has predominantly been spent in executive positions managing a range of businesses in different industries. For the past nine years Nick has been running his own consulting practice primarily working with CEO and senior executives.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, post graduate professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors andhas been awarded the accredittion "Certified Speaking Professional" from the National Speakers Association of Australia.
Philip Liebman
Phil Liebman is a former CEO and “serial entrepreneur.” In addition to being a Fiscal Focus Certified Consultant he is currently a Group Chair for Vistage International and Managing Director of Strat4 Solutions – a strategic consulting, organizational-leadership and executive coaching firm.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Liebman has helped launch several equity-funded startups, where he was instrumental in developing business models, writing the business and marketing plans, exploring strategic alliances and helping raise capital. He was the cofounder and president of Blue Moon Brands, a natural/specialty food product development, manufacturing, import and distribution company; board advisor to an Internet based distance learning company; a senior member of the management team of Maxverse International, a consumer electronic and technology subsidiary of Toymax International (a NASDAQ listed company acquired by Jakks Pacific, Inc. JAKS); and the cofounder and CEO of ecoMedia Publishing Enterprises. He also founded a commercial photography studio in Manhattan’s Photo District and cofounded an independent jazz recording label.
He is the former CEO and 20 year veteran of Mailographic Company, Inc./MDirect Advertising, a marketing communications and direct mail firm ( and union print and mailing services shop) founded in 1929.
Mr. Liebman has served as general manager and a key advisor to a US Congressional Campaign, has served on the board of directors for a local museum and several trade organizations and currently sits on the board of a regional youth soccer league. His personal interests include coaching youth sports, hiking, golf, song writing and musical performance. He is married with four children and lives in New York’s Lower Hudson Valley.
